Talentroo is growing and we are in need of some help to fill our current and future needs. We are therefore looking for someone to help us with sourcing and screening candidates, with an emphasis on the technical roles we are working on. We are looking for multilingual talents, and for this position, you must speak English fluently, and a second language is a huge bonus.
We are a small team that has ambitions to grow Talentroo to be the preferred recruitment agency for clients looking for global talents. We work solely online with a distributed team across the world. Although far away from each other we work closely together to achieve our goals.
We believe that recruitment can be taught to the right person, although as a senior you need to have a minimum of 3 years of proven tech recruitment experience. This will be an ambitious role, where we intend to let you grow with the role and with Talentroo as our needs grow.
