Internship in talent acquisition
Are you interested in getting some hands-on experience with recruitment, working in a remote start-up context, and interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, and especially, talent-acquisition, then this is a great opportunity for you!
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work on various projects that ensure the candidates that Talentroo works with have a positive candidate experience.
We are a small team that has ambitions to grow Talentroo to be the preferred recruitment-agency for clients looking for global talents, based anywhere in the world. We work solely online with a distributed team across the world. Although far away from each other we work closely together to achieve our goals.
Some of the tasks you as an intern will do
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date.
- Conduct market research to help us better understand the talent market.
- Source and identify talent for current and future roles.
- Analyze data and provide insights on recruitment trends.
- Help to draft up job descriptions to ensure it follows our process standards and is representative of business needs for our clients.
- Get exposure to the end-to-end hiring process by working closely with Talentroo recruitment specialists.
- Connect with potential candidates via email/LinkedIn to engage them into our hiring funnel and expose them to the open positions Talentroo works on for clients.
- Assist in setting up a backend workspace for an online team using Notion.
To Be Successful You Are
- Currently pursuing a degree in business management, human resources, or a similar field.
- Able to work a minimum of 10-20 hours per week during regular business hours.
- Interested in learning about talent acquisition and recruiting.
- Experienced in working with Google workspace or similar (Microsoft Office)
What we aim to give you
- Experience in working in the recruitment industry, especially working with talent sourcing and on applicant tracking systems.
- Exposure to the other side of the table in talent sourcing processes, especially how to scan CVs and how to conduct interviews.
- Utilising LinkedIn for talent sourcing and for recruitment marketing
- Working with a fully remote team using online tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and more.

- Your own laptop and access to high-speed internet
- Fluent in English
