Do you thrive in making order out of chaos? Then you might be the one we seek!
Talentroo is growing and we are in need of some help to fill our current and future needs. We are therefore looking for someone to help us with coordinating our recruitment projects for our talent solutions team. We value candidates who can demonstrate a strong work ethic and sense of order as this position is all about keeping important data organised.
We are a small team that has ambitions to grow Talentroo to be the preferred recruitment agency for clients looking for global talents. We work solely online with a distributed team across the world. Although far away from each other we work closely together to achieve our goals.
We believe that everything can be taught to the right person so we do not expect you to have years of experience in recruitment for this role. This will be an ambitious role, where we intend to let you grow with the role and with Talentroo as our needs grow.
However, you need to have solid experience working with an ATS, preferably Bullhorn as we need you to assist us in optimising it for our purpose.
Working in Talentroo is all about flexibility and freedom to set your own work schedule. Together we will set targets to work towards, projects to work on and KPIs to achieve. We do not work on a fixed schedule. We know that your time is valuable and we want you to stay healthy and happy, so we intend to give you a lot of flexibility.
In addition, we are looking for this in you:
We need to see that you have had some experience with recruitment or HR. That could be from your studies, internships you have had or in previous jobs.
You need to be able to work as a freelance contractor and have set up at home with a laptop, solid webcam, microphone and speakers, as well as access to regular stable internet access.
Most of our clients and the rest of the Talentroo team are based in Europe, so we will prefer that you are as well. Also if you want to live a digital nomadic lifestyle, we will support that, as long as targets are met.
As our Talent Solutions Coordinator, you’ll immediately be assigned to work on our projects, so you need to have a great proactive spirit.
Some of the more detailed tasks you will be doing
- Serving as point person for our applicant tracking system and CRM, responsible for regularly tracking progress and updating colleagues accordingly;
- Coordinating with both the talent solitude team and the sales team in order to get new and ongoing projects aligned with the right people;
- Candidate/client database and file management, ensuring system integrity at all times throughout various digital platforms;
- Assisting with drafting summary reports, gathering and analysing data and metrics for internal use and client deliverables;
- Managing inquiries from candidates/clients across the talent solutions team as needed, with the main focus on supporting our large-scale recruitment projects;
- Monitoring emails and ensuring requests, queries, or concerns are addressed;
- Researching on and testing new platforms for process improvements, occasionally conducting demos, and providing recommendations to inform decision-making;
- Screening and classifying resumes, as needed.
To be successful you are
- Passionate about technology and have a good judgement of the character of people.
- Able to commit to the responsibilities of working with freedom and flexibility.
- Curious and open-minded about learning more about recruitment and HR.
- Experienced in working with Google workspace or similar (Microsoft Office).
- Capable of working on new software and setting them up from scratch.
What we aim to give you
- Hands-on global recruitment experience.
- Full freedom and flexibility to organise your own workday.
- The promise of promotion when the time is right, and if our team sees us together in the future.
- Access to exciting modern software and other tools to help you in your work.
- Working with a fully remote team using online tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and more.
- Fixed monthly compensation
What you absolutely need to have to be considered
- Your own laptop and access to high-speed internet.
- A setup to conduct online video calls.
- Fluency in English.
