I have quite a few of those proud moments. The moment I'm most proud of is when I was promoted to lead the success team after working for just 11 months as a Customer Success Specialist. It was a proud moment for me because my hard work and commitment were noticed and rewarded. I contributed immensely with a lot of ideas and working together with all departments to achieve success. I was also proud of the process I put in place which reduced our refund rate drastically. Recently, My former CEO messaged me and said he would like to catch up informally sometimes. That puts a smile on my face and feels really good.
