In my previous position as Corporate Training Manager, I was able to successfully develop and roll out, with the help of my team, a Leadership Training Program. Every quarter we invited different location managers from around the globe to Panama City for this 4 day workshop. In this workshop we delivered training on topics such as Building a Team, Emotional Intelligence, Personal & Team Effectiveness, Communicating & Influence, and Working in a Diverse Culture to name a few. With this program we were able to transform managers into leaders and give them the tools to take what they learned back to their locations and train other managers. With this program we successfully decreased turnover by more than 35% and helped build better relationships between managers and employees, and with this I was extremely proud of what we accomplished.
