In 2018 and 2019 I was working as a consultant with management responsibilities in a retail business. On this particular client I was delivering a project to reduce their turnover, so I developed a career plan, where it was possible for everyone to understand the opportunities of promotion inside the company as well as performance related pay, with each role having unique KPIs to measure. The result was a 20% reduction in turnover rates and the company establishing itself as a great place to work, receiving hundreds of resumes on that year.
