What and Who are they looking for?
Working directly with the owners you will be given full independence and flexibility to create the Evalids strategy for growth as well as build their business plan. As part of the team of founders, you will be empowered to shape the product, business and your own future. Evalid is seeking someone who has experience in startups, either as a business developer or someone with a background in growth expansion and taking the business to the next stage. Experience from the Saas industry is very welcome and if you have knowledge in the KYC - ID verification area it will be a big plus. Right now Evalid's main priority is building a business plan for the future and getting the product ready for a global market.
- You need to own the Sales and Growth side of the project
- With an entrepreneurial spirit in a start-up, you must be extremely passionate about scaling the business, energetic and full of positivity, a solution to every problem type of character, and want to have fun along the way in an early-stage RegTech start-up
- You must be a highly motivated and driven self-starter who can rise to a challenge and has Intercultural management skills (+ high EQ) has the desire to build a system within the systems.
- You will be working independently, with support from the founders, on setting the strategy, direction, Implementing/executing tasks and roadmap for the business
- Personality: visionary and a high tolerance for the uncertainties that come with a start-up
- Willing to roll up their sleeves and help in all areas of the business as needed suggest where they need to improve
- Equity compensation will be part of the package after they have reached their first profit targets.
- In summary, They are looking for a talented and versatile individual with the skills and flexibility to learn and grasp the sales and business side of the service that Evalid offers and has experience in product launch and who is willing to take the Evalid to the next level in the coming months.
What Evalid offers
100% remote work. We aim to start completely flexible, with flexible hours and the freedom to work from home. The position will start off on a freelance contractual basis. Basics, such as holiday, pension, child-care, laptop +necessary gadgets and rest is planned to be discussed per your requirements (after Evalid has reached their first profits).
You will work from home for the foreseeable future. Evalid has currently no office, but as a company, we are listed in Malta and intends to set up an office there in the future. Evalid is willing to start with annual compensation of up to €100k for the right person with the promise of getting a share of the profits as a partner in the company.
