Talentroo is continuously growing in a fast-paced international environment and aims to become the best global recruitment agency on the market. For this matter, we are looking for the right person who will manage our global talent solutions projects.

We are a small team that has ambitions to grow Talentroo to be the preferred recruitment agency for clients looking for global talents. We work solely online with a distributed team across the world. Although far away from each other we work closely together to achieve our goals.

As the global talent solutions manager, you will report directly to the CEO, and you will play a key role in Talentroo`s ongoing growth & success, focussing on bringing high calibre talent to our clients, as well as owning, developing and implementing the best practices across strategically important global talent acquisition projects. 

This role will cover full end-to-end recruiting and talent acquisition so you will be comfortable recruiting and developing internal & external talent pipelines at all levels in the business ensuring you partner with leaders and talent solutions experts and managers across Talentroo`s global team whilst providing an exceptional candidate experience.

To be successful in the role you must demonstrate the ability to efficiently and effectively manage a geographically diverse, large team and drive significant value for Talentroo and partners.

We are looking for this in you:

Since you will be a key member of our Talent Solutions team and will be in charge of managing a team of specialised talent solutions specialists, we need to ensure you have valuable working experience in management and talent acquisition. For this reason, we require a good track record in recruitment and a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and 3 years in recruiting.

As we don`t have a fixed office you need to be able to work independently and have set up at home with a laptop, solid webcam, microphone and speakers, as well as access to regular stable internet access.

Background from anything recruitment for typical remote roles is a plus, that being software development, UX/UI design, Crypto and more. These are the industries we work mostly with.

You need to have a degree in Human Resources.

You need to be a citizen of Switzerland, and be fluent in English

As a Global Talent Solutions Manager, your tasks will be as follows:

  • Ensure the global talent solutions team is proactive in achieving recruitment targets, inspiring a dispersed team of talent solutions specialists.
  • Regular communication with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • In partnership with the Talent Solutions team, improve the recruitment process offerings for our clients and for the organisation including the application of metrics, measurement, reporting and taking action to close gaps.
  • Develop and implement high-quality, innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies for clients' open positions globally.
  • Establish effective selection and screening processes and ensure adoption.
  • Informed of market trends and recruiting practices.
  • Proactively share HR and recruitment topics, progress, innovations and results.
  • Manage and develop members of the Talentroo Talent Solutions team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and prepare developmental plans for your team.
  • Work closely with the CEO to ensure alignment in creating global recruitment offerings to support the growth of the business.
  • Continually develop domain knowledge of the business function.
  • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Handle multiple problems simultaneously with high judgment.
  • Have excellent problem-solving, organisational, interpersonal and motivational skills.
